3. No Guarantee of Outcome
All services are offered for informational, reflective, and educational purposes only. Results vary by person and situation. Akashaman LLC makes no guarantee regarding any specific outcome, result, resolution, or transformation.
4. Not Medical, Mental Health, Legal, or Financial Advice
Services offered through this website are not therapy, medical care, psychiatric care, crisis support, legal advice, tax advice, or financial advice. They are not a substitute for licensed professional care or emergency support.
If you need medical, mental health, legal, financial, or emergency assistance, you should contact an appropriate qualified professional or emergency service.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or book paid services unless a parent or legal guardian is directly involved and any required consent has been provided.
6. Booking, Payment, and Confirmation
When you book a service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including contact and scheduling details.
All fees are charged in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of booking unless another arrangement is clearly stated in writing.
A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and a confirmation is issued.
7. Refunds
All purchases are final. Akashaman LLC does not offer refunds for completed services, missed sessions, late cancellations, or unused bookings.
8. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Missed Sessions
All session purchases are final and nonrefundable.
If you need to reschedule, one reschedule request is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. Additional reschedule requests are not guaranteed and are handled solely at the discretion of Akashaman LLC.
Missed sessions and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are treated as forfeited and are not eligible for refund or rebooking, except in extenuating circumstances as determined by Akashaman LLC in its sole discretion.
9. Recordings and Session Materials
If a service includes a recording, a recording link may be provided after the session.
Recordings are retained for 30 days from delivery unless a shorter period is required for technical, operational, or legal reasons. Clients are encouraged to download recordings promptly after receiving the link.
Akashaman LLC is not responsible for expired, deleted, inaccessible, or undownloaded recording links after the retention period.
Any written summaries, recordings, or related session materials provided to a client are for that client’s personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Consulting Inquiries
Consulting is offered on a case-by-case basis.
Submission of a consulting inquiry form does not create a client relationship and does not guarantee acceptance, availability, pricing, scope, or deliverables. If consulting appears to be a fit, next steps, terms, pricing, and deliverables will be set out separately in a written agreement.
Any consulting engagement is governed by its own written agreement and not solely by these website Terms & Conditions.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, copy, branding, graphics, downloads, frameworks, and materials are owned by or licensed to Akashaman LLC unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any website content without prior written permission from Akashaman LLC.
12. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
This website and its related services may use third-party platforms for scheduling, payments, forms, analytics, email delivery, video meetings, hosting, and file delivery.
Akashaman LLC is not responsible for outages, errors, delays, data handling, or policies of third-party providers.
